My fascination with looking through windows to discover the story of people living behind the walls leads me to create this collection. Doors and windows are the frames that define the space that you might not be allowed to trespass into, but you can observe it from far away and develop the imagination; It is an aperture that lets me create my imaginary stories behind the solid walls.
On the other hand, the way I present my stories is somewhat inspired form the Iranian miniature style. Iranian miniature has no three-dimensional structure; yet, you can see both inside and outside of the structure simultaneously. You can see the stories in my paintings beyond the doors and windows. The simple and overlooked mundane moments will turn into memories at a glance.
